An IPA fermented with the historic Norwegian Kveik yeast, which gives beautiful base flavours of ocean and pineapple, then hopped with15g/l of Citra and Amarillo. The end beer is a proper slammer, full of grapefruit and orange aromas and dangerously easy to drink.
