Tasting notes
Fruity but dry, a refreshing beer that’s still packed with flavour
Appearance: Straw coloured, cloudy but clearing when stored, fluffy white head
Aroma: citrus, floral, vinous, bergamot and lemongrass
Flavour: Slightly tart citrus fruit at the start, moving to a firm bitterness, and quite a dry finish. Certain spices such as juniper linger in the aftertaste. A slight sharpness from the high wheat malt in the grain bill.
