TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the Refer A Friend Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
Defined Terms
Referrer: you, a registered BeerCloud.ie customer and a legal resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Referee: a friend or family member who has not previously shopped with BeerCloud.ie before and to whom the Referrer shares their link.
Referral Link: a personalized referral link, provided to you by BeerCloud.ie
Referral Voucher: a promotional reward discount, to be used on BeerCloud.ie website only.
About Our Referral Program
How It Works?
1. Go to Referral Link section under My Account
2. Share the link with your friends
3. You and your friend both will receive a €10 voucher when your friend successfully places their first order for €30 using your link.
4. The referee must be a new customer who placed their first order.
Referral Voucher Exclusions Each Referral Voucher is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Referral Voucher, and responsible for any shipping charges.
Following the Rules
BeerCloud.ie reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Credit that violates the BeerCloud.ie Refer A Friend Program, such as attempting to gain a Discount through self-referral by using a different email address. BeerCloud.ie may delay any Discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the Discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
Privacy
By clicking on a Referral Link, the Referee acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent to the Referrer who provided the Referral Link as confirmation of the Referring Customer making a purchase and the Referrer receiving a Referrer Discount. Accordingly, BeerCloud.ie strongly advises that Referees only use a Referral Link that they receive from someone whom they personally know and trust. Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of BeerCloud.ie’s Refer A Friend Program, including that of the Referrer and Referee, will be used in accordance with BeerCloud.ie’s Privacy Policy.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
BeerCloud.ie reserves the right to cancel the BeerCloud.ie Refer A Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The BeerCloud.ie Refer A Friend Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at BeerCloud.ie’s sole discretion.
