This is Seeking Sunshine. This one is far from dank and is all about light, zesty notes of tangerine, grapefruit and pithy citrus peel.

A Mixed Fermented Sour built with pale wheat & pilsner malt. Triple fermented with 120g per litre of Raspberry & Sour Cherry.

Intense malt driven aroma with notes of coffee coming through too. On the palate, chocolate, bread, biscuits, caramel. Finishes with a decent bitterness balance to allow it be malty but not overbearingly sweet.
